If shoppers can't read what's discounted, by how much and until when, they browse instead of buying.

Metric to watch
Click-through from the home page hero to a product or collection page.
On mobile, add to cart sits below the fold, delivery dates are missing and reviews are buried.

Metric to watch
Mobile add-to-cart rate against desktop. A wide gap points at the mobile product page.
Late shipping costs, codes that don't combine and no express checkout lose buyers who have already chosen.

Want these fixes shipped for you?
Our Shopify CRO team can implement them on your store. Book a call and we'll scope which fixes will move your numbers most before peak week.
Pick offers by the metric you need to move, then check them against contribution margin. One or two well-modelled offers beat six stacked ones.
Moves: Average order valueUse it when: Your AOV sits below where shipping and margin work well, and the catalogue has natural add-ons. Example tiers: 10% off $75, 15% off $120, 20% off $175.
Watch your margin
Model the top tier against contribution margin, not gross. Most orders land in the first tier, so make it pay for itself.
Moves: AOV and conversionUse it when: Order data shows products already bought together, or the category sells as gifts.
Watch your margin
Price bundles against full-price items, and leave out best-sellers that sell without help.
Moves: Average order valueUse it when: You have a low-cost item with high perceived value: a sample, an accessory, a travel size.
Watch your margin
Include the gift's landed cost and the extra shipping weight.
Moves: Average order valueUse it when: Shipping is a large share of order cost. Set the threshold 15–30% above current AOV and watch conversion alongside AOV.
Watch your margin
Check fulfilment cost at the threshold, not at your average order.
Moves: Conversion and list growthUse it when: You have an engaged email or SMS list. A 24–48 hour head start rewards it and spreads load before peak.
Watch your margin
Access is the incentive. Don't stack a deeper discount on top.
Moves: Conversion from undecided visitorsUse it when: You can retarget visitors who engaged over the weekend without buying.
Watch your margin
One extension, clearly final. Repeated extensions train customers to wait for the next one.

Brands that grow with us

Thanksgiving falls on Thursday, Nov 26, 2026, Black Friday on Nov 27 and Cyber Monday on Nov 30. Most brands run promotions across all five days, and many open early access the week before.
It depends on category, price point and traffic mix, so benchmark against your own BFCM 2025 numbers rather than an industry average. Conversion usually rises during BFCM because shoppers arrive ready to buy. If yours doesn't, the offer, the mobile product page or the cart is usually where it drops.
No, but the order matters. Ship the fixes with the biggest impact first, finish theme and app changes by Mon, Nov 16, and use the last days before Black Friday to QA every offer and page on mobile.
Only tests that can reach a clear result by mid-November: sticky add to cart on mobile, how savings are shown, the free-shipping threshold and delivery dates. Skip tests that need more traffic than two weeks will give you, and don't start new tests during peak week.
Compare against BFCM 2025 by day of the week, not by date. Track revenue per visitor, conversion rate, average order value and the mobile/desktop split separately. Record your baseline now, so you can see what your changes did.
The whole funnel, measured: mobile speed on your top product and collection pages, how clearly the offer reads in the hero, mobile add-to-cart rate against desktop, cart-to-checkout rate and checkout completion. Record each as a baseline, fix the biggest drop first, and use the 70-point BFCM checklist to cover the rest.
Start from margin and last year's numbers. Choose offers your contribution margin can carry, fix the funnel stages where BFCM 2025 conversion dropped, plan early access for your list, and decide your Cyber Monday move in advance. Finish theme and app changes by Nov 16 so peak week runs on a tested store.
The ones your contribution margin can carry. Tiered discounts and bundles lift order value, a free-shipping threshold set 15–30% above AOV works for most catalogues, and early access converts your existing list before paid traffic gets expensive.
They can. Each app may add scripts to every page view, and uninstalled apps often leave code behind. Audit what's loaded, remove what isn't used and defer chat and pop-up scripts so they don't compete with the product for load time.
Start with the mobile product page: add to cart visible without scrolling, savings in money and percent, a delivery date and reviews beside the price. Then compare mobile and desktop add-to-cart rates to see whether the gap closes.
